  • grandfather clause (or grandfather policy) is a provision in which an old rule continues to apply to some existing situations while a new rule will apply to all future cases.

    To make life easy on myself as well as for you I selected to use the “Grandfather Clause” system. If you purchase from us a subdomain at a reduced price, what you paid will be your price for as long as you are a member.  If there is a price drop (lower price that what you paid) during your membership, your renewal will be at the lower price. Example:

    Member A: Purchased from us a subdomain at $75.00 a year.  Then a few months later they added to their purchase two plugins at $15.00 a year.
    5 months later
    Member B- Purchased a subdomain at $65.00 a year and purchased the same two plugins at $10.00 a year.
    When it’s time for Member A to renew for the next year the price for the subdomain will be $65.00 and the two plugins will be $10.00.

  • Yes, members own their themes and plugins.  If you decide to leave Integral Design WordPress Hosting, and move to another hosting provider, you will be sent the original Database Files, Theme, and Plugins.

    IDWPH will keep your themes and plugins up to date, if you go with another host provider then for future updates and security fixes of you themes and plugins you will need to purchase them through Themify.  Theme cost per year is $49.00 and premium plugins vary in price.  Being a part of IDWPH has many benefits.

     

  • Even though you own the theme and plugins, you do not have access to update them.  IDWPH does all updates for you.  If you leave the site you will be given the themes and plugins, but you would have to purchase a license each year to receive updates for them.  Integral Design WordPress Hosting pays these fee’s to offer our clients a great discount.

    After a year at IDWPH, we hope that our clients will want to move to a hosting account and have us monitor your site as well as keep up with all theme and plugin updates.

  • The preset files that we place on your site are the property of Themify and they own the copyright.  We place them there for you to see how they create pages and content.  It is highly recommended that all of the pages, posts, announcements, images, etc. are removed from your site when you are no longer in need them.

  • As a security measure we do not allow direct access to the database.  We do however, make backups of the database as well as your entire site. It is rare, but there are occasions when someone may need direct access to the FTP structure of your site.  This is normally when you are diagnosing plugins that may have caused your site to crash, as well as few other reasons.  We will offer you FTP access to your site with a word of warning.

    WARNING: Without proper knowledge of file structure your do risk damage to your site.  Even though we have security measures in place, Integral Design WordPress Hosting is not responsible for damage that you may cause when using FTP.
    To request FTP access simply send a Private Message to Syxguns.

  • Mistakes happen, and in most cases you can backtrack to find out where you messed up.  WordPress and Themify may seem confusing when you first get started. Steps to follow:

    • Backtrack what you did to get the problem.  It may be a plugin that is causing the issue, or it could simply be a missing semi-colon that is located in the customization area, or on the design template.
    • Ask in the forums.  A fellow member may have had the same issue and knows how to fix it, or one of our staff will be there as soon as time permits.
    • Use the ChatBox feature to see if anyone online knows a quick solution.
    • Check the documentation on your theme.  On our themes page members have access to open documentation on the theme they are using.  Many answers may be found right there.
  • Products created by Integral Design Solutions are monitored and updated regularly.  If a problem with our software presents itself there will be no charge for the repair. Our recommendations and products that we sell are owned by Themify and other Third Party products.  We do not allow for products that are not approved by IDWPH.

    Themify Quote: Themify does not provide any warranty or guarantee for these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we cannot guarantee that Themify products will work with all browser combinations.   • Integral Design WordPress Hosting does not offer any refunds.  However, if you purchased something you are not happy with we give you (30) days to make an exchange.  There is more information on this in the Terms of Service.

    Integral Design Quote: Most websites using a professional theme, hosting, and domain name runs around $100.00 USD just to get going.  If you are not a web designer and hire a professional to design it for you the price can get extremely expensive. With our step by step video’s and files for download, you will be building your own website in little time.

Prices listed are in United Sates dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes and charges.

  • By signing up a IDWPH account, you agree to be contacted by IDWPH with regard to announcements, bug fixes, product updates, product releases, and promotional offers. You can change contact preferences at any time after signing up.

  • Yes, if you simply delete your history  from your browser and then log back in you will be fine.  I’ve posted links to different browsers if you are not sure how.
